Glass bead for road marking .

Reflective glass beads is the essential material for the coating of road marking, it is mainly used for road marking (hot melt coating internal mixing or surface spreading for construction), sign board, guardrail outline sing and so on. The glass beads for road can improve the retroreflective performance of road surface coating and increase the safety for night driving.

Specification: According to international standard include: BS6088, EN1423&EN1424, AASHTO, JIS R3301, AS/NZS 2009:2002, KS, etc.

You can choose different size glass bead between 50μm-1180μm according to different function.

Coated Glass Bead 

Coated glass beads are the glass beads which were coated with silicon oil on their surface, after the coating processing, the phenomenon of adsorbing dust in the air on the surface of glass beads is lessened, it is damp proof, light protective and applicable to use in the districts where it abound with rain, fog and damp.

Because of its feature of floatability, it will be in the floating state when being used, and it has the maximum surface area which can increase the rate of utilization for more than 30%.

Grinding glass bead (filler material and color bead)

They are mainly used for the disperser, grinding media of industries, such as coloring, paint, ink, coatings, resins, chemical engineering, with the advantages of smooth surface, even size, high hardness, good chemical stability. Thanks to the characteristics of heat-resistant, wearable, compression strength, the filling-type bead could be used to improve glass fibre reinforced plastic, rubber, and so on.

You can choose different size glass bead between 1mm-5mm according to different function.
