Chlorinated Polypropylene (CPP)

PROPERTIES:

Chlorinated polypropylene is resin made by polypropylene through modification. It can be soluble in organic solvent like toluene and xylene, the solution has a good fluidity at room temperature. The material has very good weather resisting property, thermal aging resistivity, resistance to chemical attack, oil resistivity, ozone resistivity and fire resistance property.

SPECIFICATIONS:      

Appearance: Light Yellow Granular

Cl (%): 25.0-28.0, 28.0~32.0, 32.0-35.0

Viscosity (mPa. s): 200~600.

PH Value: 6.0~8.0

Volatility (%): 0.5 max.

Ash (%): 0.3 max

(Remark: 1. viscosity is measured in 20% toluene solution at 25+/-1by rotational viscometer.

2. rotational viscometer is at 750 r.p.m.)

APPLICATIONS:

It mainly used as adhesive agent of printing ink and plastics paint. The area of their application is shown as below:

1.Used as adhesive agent of composite printing ink. It is available in producing the printing ink of biaxial oriental polypropylene(BOPP)that is used as packing film of candy and BOPP composite packing.

2.Used in coating of BOPP film, adhesive of BOPP film & paper and the inner coating of pressure sensitive film made from BOPP.

3. Used as main resin in making adhesive

4. Chlorniated polypropylene is very widely used in plastic products with its good film forming and luster.

PACKING:  In 20kgs fiber carton.

QUANTITY:  12mts/20fcl with pallet, or 14mts/20fcl without pallet.
